PLEASE READ THIS!!!
We will use our choice of shipping service to ensure your needs are met at the best rate available. All our published shipping costs are estimated. We calculate the weight of the item plus packing. We use our best endeavors to be accurate but can not control all variables involved. For example some orders may require packing in two or more boxes. Freight charges are billed at cost plus a $1.50 handling charge. Goods are usually shipped within 48 hours but delays may occur during peak periods. Effective November 1st there will be a $.50 surcharge levied on all shipments to cover increased fuel charges. Damaged Goods should be directly reported to U.P.S. & ourselves within 48 hours of receipt. Keep all boxes & packing in case U.P.S. require an inspection. We will assist in any claims to U.P.S. We are not responsible for any damage to goods caused by inclement weather conditions (ie. Goods freezing or melting). If you are concerned about your local weather, it is your responsibility to arrange for us to provide special packaging (charged at cost).Frozen & Meat products must be shipped by UPS Next day or 2nd day service with special packaging if outside the New England area. We will not guarantee that your frozen/refrigerated goods will arrive in edible condition unless you choose the overnight shipping option. Do not return goods to us without our prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Under no circumstances will we allow the return of perishable items.Any declined credit cards will be subject to a $15.00 surcharge. Any costs incurred by British Imports in collecting unpaid balances (including any legal fees) will be payable by the customer. Credit cards are not billed until goods are shipped

All products subject to availability. Note: Customers paying by American Express will be charged an additional 3.5% owing to their high prevailing rate.
